It would have been interesting to be a fly on the wall in the Canucks clubhouse after they blew a 4-1 lead on opening night vs. the Flames. Let's just say Rick Tocchet was likely not very happy. Quick recoveries, however, have already been on order in opening week, and Tocchet will surely remind his team how it played poorly in a pair of losses last term to the Flyers, playing their opener tonight. Thatcher Demko remains out in goal for Vancouver, and tonight Tocchet goes with Kevin Lankinen, brought in from Nashville as a proper backup to Demko.
