This has been a tough conclusion to the current road trip for the Blues, whose swing thru the Yankees-Mets territory (at Rangers, at Devils, at Islanders) resulted in three consecutive losses and getting outscored 12-3 in the process. Thus, enormous pressure on the goalies (tonight it's Joel Hofer) to keep St. Louis within earshot and to prevent it from falling a little further off of the playoff pace. Unfortunately, TD Garden not the best place to get well, especially with the Bruins having surrendered just five goals across their last four games, and Jeremy Swayman with a 21-6-8 mark in the nets.
