Perhaps Jose Quintana is one of the weaker links in a very deep Brewer rotation, but at the same time might be considered an ace on the Nats' staff, which sheds some light upon the pitching quality on offer from both sides in D.C. Quintana's ERA has hovered around 4 all season, but he usually pitches at least into the sixth, or sometimes seventh, inning, and the Brew Crew has won six of his last nine starts. Plus, Milwaukee enters tonight having won 15 of 19. As for host Washington, the rotation was thinned a bit at the deadline, and Friday starter Mitchell Parker had a bumpy July, with a 6.04 ERA.
