Unlike last Saturday at Wrigley Field when the wind was blowing out, Seattle's Emerson Hancock doesn't have to worry about such things on Thursday. Hancock felt the sting on the weekend vs. the Cubs, however, allowing nine runs (four homers!) in just 4 IP of an eventual 10-7 loss. Yet. unless there are some wind turbines behind the plate at Target Field, it won't be the same today, and Hancock actually had a 1.53 ERA in his first three June starts. Meanwhile, the Twins did break their recent five-game skid thanks to Joe Ryan last night, but Minnesota has still lost 11 of 13, and Simeon Woods-Richardson has a 5.17 ERA since being recalled two weeks ago.
