After posting a 7.40 ERA acorss his first four starts, Miles Mikolas finally looks on course for the Cards, not allowing a run across 11 1/3 IP in his last two starts, and picking up his first win of the season during Wednesday's DH sweep of the Reds. St Louis also has a bit more spring in its step after another DH sweep vs the high-flying Mets on Sunday (the Redbirds like these doubleheaders!). High-flying is certainly not synonymous these days with the Bucs, just swept three at PNC Park by the Padres, scoring just five runs in the process. Monday starter Carmen Mlodzinski is struggling (6.58 ERA, 1.81 WHIP) and might not be long for the Pirates rotation. Play Cards on Run Line.
