More and more it looks like the Rangers aren't going to make it back to the playoffs, as their latest skid (3-10 the last 13) has almost put-paid any postseason hopes. Moving Dane Dunning (4.77 ERA) out of the bullpen to start tonight in Boston looks nothing more than a desperate roll of the dice by Bruce Bochy, who has not been able to pull the same levers as he did a year ago. Meanwhile, after romping last night, the Bosox have regained a bit of momentum and remain within shouting distance of an AL wild card spot.
