Patrick Sandoval has a relatively low ERA at 3.41, but still allows allows a lot of baserunners, as evidenced by his 1.47 WHIP. This is only Tyler Mahle's second start with the Twins, but his unfamiliarity with the Angels could allow a few runs through. The over is 13-1 in the last 14 Minnesota away games, so I'll take the risk tonight against the Angels at a modest number of 8.
