Unbeaten teams clash in the championship game of the Continental Tire Main Event in Las Vegas when the No. 16 Virginia Cavaliers battle the No. 19 Illinois Fighting Illini on Sunday. The Cavaliers (3-0), who are 49-41 against ranked opponents in the coach Tony Bennett era, return 91.4 percent of their scoring from last season, most among all NCAA Division I teams. Virginia earned a spot in the title game with an 86-79 win over No. 5 Baylor on Friday, while Illinois advanced with a 79-70 win over No. 8 UCLA.

The game tips off at 3 p.m. ET. Illinois is a 1-point favorite at Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under for total points is set at 133 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

He is coming off a 26-point, four-rebound effort over Baylor. Last season, Franklin played in 35 games with 34 starts and averaged 11.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.

The model also knows senior guard Terrence Shannon Jr. leads the Illini offense, averaging 24.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. He is coming off a 29-point, 10-rebound performance in the win over UCLA, his first double-double of the season. He has scored 24 or more points in three games this year, including a 30-point effort in a 103-65 win over Monmouth on Monday.
