The ninth-ranked Duke Blue Devils look to stay atop the Atlantic Coast Conference standings when they take on the Virginia Cavaliers on Monday night. The Blue Devils (19-3, 9-2) have won five straight and seven of eight, while the Cavaliers (14-9, 8-5) have won two in a row.

Tipoff from Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, N.C., is set for 7 p.m. ET. Duke is favored by 11.5 points at Caesars Sportsbook, while the over-under for total points is set at 128.5 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before making any Virginia vs. Duke picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. Over the past five-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated an impressive profit of over $2,400 for $100 players on its top-rated college basketball picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows the Blue Devils have five players averaging 9.9 points or better. Freshman forward Paolo Banchero leads the team at 17.5 points per game, and also averages 8.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.9 blocks. In Saturday's win at North Carolina, Banchero finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds for his sixth double-double this season. He has reached double-figure scoring in all 22 games, including nine games with 20 or more points. His highest scoring output was a 28-point effort against The Citadel on Nov. 22.

The model also knows the Cavaliers are led by senior forward Jayden Gardner, who has a six-game double-figure scoring streak. The East Carolina transfer has 35 career double-doubles, including five with Virginia. Gardner is averaging 14.3 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game, connecting on 52.4 percent of his shots from the floor. Gardner is on the Karl Malone Award watch list and is coming off a 12-point, seven-rebound and four-assist effort in Saturday's win over Miami, Fla.
