UFL playoff predictions, picks: Pro football spread betting expert reveals best bets for semifinals

R.J. White is 8-0 against the spread in the last two weeks of UFL picks as the league heads into the postseason

With a meaningless Week 10 in the books, the UFL moves onward to the playoffs. The Michigan Panthers battle the Birmingham Stallions in the USFL conference final, while the DC Defenders and St. Louis Battlehawks square off in the XFL conference final. The Stallions are eyeing a fourth straight spring football title (with the first two in the USFL prior to the merger of the two leagues), while none of the other teams have won a spring football championship, though the Defenders fell just short in 2023, which was the only XFL title game that was played following the 2020 restart of the league.

The Battlehawks finished the season with the league's best record at 8-2 as well as the fewest points allowed at 16.3 per game. That record included a six-game winning streak to close out the regular season, with St. Louis avenging an early-season loss against their opponents this week by beating the Defenders 13-8 in the regular-season finale. The Defenders have the worst point differential of any of the four UFL playoff teams, scoring just one point more than they allowed all season.

On the USFL side, the Stallions overcame multiple injuries at quarterback to finish with the best record in the conference and second in scoring in the entire league, but the highest-scoring team this season was their semifinal opponents. The Panthers have dealt with QB injuries as well, with top passer Bryce Perkins sitting the final three weeks of the regular season, and while they may have a slight scoring edge on Birmingham, they've given up 3.1 more points per game and got swept by the Stallions in the regular season.

Before making any Week 10 UFL picks, you NEED to see what SportsLine football expert R.J. White, who has gone 8-0 against the spread in the UFL heading into the playoffs, has to say.

White has dominated NFL spread picks at SportsLine since 2017, delivering a 718-623-37 record while returning more than $3,200 to $100 bettors. He's also cashed twice in one of the biggest NFL spread betting competitions in the world, held yearly in Las Vegas, where his picks are hitting at a 55 percent clip over the last 10 years.

We can tell you one of White's UFL semifinals picks is Over 44.5 for the Panthers vs. Stallions matchup. He's also locked in spread picks for both semifinals matchups.
