Lightweights Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier are hoping the third time is a charm when they meet at UFC 264: Poirier vs. McGregor 3 on Saturday, July 10. The main UFC 264 fight card is set for 10 p.m. ET. Both fighters have claimed a knockout victory over the other in their storied careers. McGregor landed a TKO win just 1:46 into the first round at UFC 178 on Sept. 27, 2014. Poirier evened the score earlier this year when he stopped McGregor at 2:32 of the second round in UFC 257 on Jan. 24.

Now, bettors are looking to cash in on the many prop bets available for the event, and among the most popular UFC 264 prop bets is how the fight will end. Poirier is a -130 favorite (risk $130 to win $100), while McGregor is offered at +110 (risk $100 to win $110) in the latest Poirier vs. McGregor odds at William Hill Sportsbook.

"I can't wait for this rubber match," said SportsLine MMA analyst Kyle Marley, who has identified a prop he loves in the matchup in his analysis below. Marley has nailed 32 of his last 52 UFC main-event picks, a stretch that includes a streak of five consecutive underdogs.

McGregor has had plenty of success in his career, going 22-5 overall with 19 wins by knockout, but he has lost two of his last three bouts. The former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion, who was the first fighter in UFC history to simultaneously hold two titles in different weight divisions, was ranked No. 5 in the UFC lightweight rankings as of May 17.

Poirier is 27-6 all-time, including 13 wins by knockout and seven by submission. The former interim lightweight champion, who has won his last two bouts and six of his last seven, was No. 1 in the UFC lightweight rankings as of May 17. He's had just two of his fights last five rounds, with the last coming in June 2020 against Dan Hooker.

Marley thinks the edge could go to whichever fighter displays the best cardio, but he's also interested to see how McGregor adjusts after being dominated by Poirier's calf kicks in their previous bout. You can see which fighter he's backing and why below, along with his picks for the entire UFC 264 card. That includes Trevin Giles (-110) vs. Dricus Du Plessis (-110), which Marley is predicting goes to Giles by unanimous decision.

Over the past 28 months, $100 bettors who have followed Marley's picks are up more than $15,000. At UFC Fight Night last weekend, Marley's winners included Shavkat Rakhmonov over Michel Prazeres and Tim Means over Nicolas Dalby, both in welterweight bouts. Anyone who has followed Marley is WAY UP!
