Allan Bell is joined by top sports betting experts Mike McClure, John Bollman and Allie O'Neill on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. Get highlighted plays for the NBA, MLB and NHL on Friday, April 22 and you can stream the show live every morning on the SportsLine YouTube page.

It's a baseball-heavy day on the show -- no NBA experts today but a site play or two on hoops and the NHL.

John likes the Cardinals winning in Cincinnati as the Reds might be the worst team in the majors: "The Reds have lost nine straight games and are missing lefty crusher Tyler Stephenson, reigning NL Rookie of the Year Jonathan India and Mike Moustakas. The Cardinals were able to reset their bullpen yesterday, while the Reds have the second-worst bullpen in the league. Steven Matz should have success against a Reds team that is 24th in the league in wOBA against lefties when they had their best players healthy. Hunter Greene is an absolute stud so I think he will pitch well ,but he is still young and he doesn't have much help in the bullpen behind him."

Mike is on the White Sox -105 at Minnesota because he heavily favors Michael Kopech over Bailey Ober in the pitching matchup and the Pale Hose get back outfielder AJ Pollock from injury even though they might be without Luis Robert. Mike's simulations have Chicago -138, so this is a great price.

Allie, meanwhile, is backing the Mets -125 in Arizona: "New York's David Peterson hasn't allowed a run in his two starts this season, including on Sunday vs. the Diamondbacks, and the Mets also won both his outings last year against the D'backs."
