Allan Bell is joined by top sports betting experts Mike McClure, John Bollman and Allie O'Neill on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. Get highlighted plays for the MLB and NBA playoffs on Friday, May 13 and you can stream the show live every morning on the SportsLine YouTube page.

It's a baseball-centric show today with a full slate, although there two are NBA site plays: Celtics +1.5 in Game 6 of their Eastern Conference playoff series at Milwaukee, and Golden State at -400 against short-handed Memphis in Game 6 of that Western series. Warriors-Grizzlies is part of the AB3 along with Dodgers -220 moneyline over the Phillies and Reds-Pirates Over 8 runs.

John's top play is the Rockies at -140 over the visiting Royals -- Colorado had Thursday off and Kansas City didn't, which is one big advantage: "The Royals shouldn't have (key relievers) Taylor Clarke, Collin Snider or Amir Garrett available tonight, and Josh Staumont would be pitching his third game in four nights. Colorado's Kyle Freeland has been very good since his first couple starts and faces a Royals offense in the bottom-five in the league overall."

Both Mike and Allie tackle Yankees-White Sox, with Mike on the Yankees team total over 4 at -125: "Love to take strong road teams on team totals because you are guaranteed that ninth-inning at-bat. Chicago starter Vince Velasquez has allowed an expected on-base average of .390, among the worst in baseball. The Yankees' expected on-base number is the best in the majors at .375."

Allie leans Yankees on the first 5 inning line (-0.5) at -120: "New York is 3-1-2 in the first five behind Gerrit Cole this year. Vince Velasquez has struggled but this will be more the strength of Cole than Velasquez's issues. The Yankees offense is also rolling."
