Justin warns us of impending weather conditions in MLB, as higher air density environments will lead to lower scoring outputs. Larry looks ahead to Game 6 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals and answers an important question: Will Trae Young play?
The Coach supplies the SportsLine Plays of the Day from the site models and experts. Now that the defenses are starting to figure the opponents out, he is recommending the Under 5 goals in Lightning-Canadiens in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals at 8 p.m. ET. In Euro 2020, Belgium meets Italy at 3 p.m. ET and he is endorsing the pick of both teams to score. He also highlights the prop play of Romelu Lukaku to score at +180. Â
Mike's featured MLB play is the Red Sox -1.5 over the Athletics at 9:40 p.m. ET. He likes to pick his spots with Eduardo Rodriguez, and this is one of them, because of a "massive park shift." Rodriguez is also one of the top positive regression candidates in MLB right now.Â
Justin has a trio of MLB picks, leading with the Braves over the Marlins at 7:20 p.m. ET. "I really like how Drew Smyly has been pitching recently. He pitched to a 2.84 ERA in June," he says. "He did pitch against the Marlins in the last month and was able to limit them and get the win. This should also be an issue spot for Marlins starter Pablo Lopez. He has struggled on the road." Justin is taking the Over in Cubs-Reds at 7:10 p.m. ET. Alec Mills is not good away from Wrigley Field and Sonny Gray won't look sharp. He finishes with the Royals on the money line for the first five innings at -115 over the Twins at 8:10 p.m. ET. It's all about taking advantage of a matchup with J.A. Happ.Â
Larry is all over the Astros at -115 over the Indians at 7:10 p.m. ET. Houston broke out of a slump on Thursday and will be ready to annihilate another left-handed pitcher.Â
