Today's picks: Kings-Lakers featured prop play, plus more NFL, college football, college basketball and NHL picks for Tuesday

Mike considers how the return of Kyrie Irving will affect the lines on Brooklyn Nets games. The Nets do have a good amount of road games coming up. The Coach then provides the SportsLine Play of The Day, backing Kansas State -7 over LSU at 9 p.m. ET. The Tigers are in a very bad spot without their starting QB. 

Mike's featured NBA play is LeBron James Over 30.5 points in Kings-Lakers at 10:30 p.m. ET. "The Lakers have played eight games since Anthony Davis went down with a knee injury. LeBron has scored at least 31 points seven times," he says. "He averaged 34.8 points per game during that stretch. Both the Lakers and Kings are in the Top 8 in pace of play. The Kings have the fifth-worst defensive rating."

In the NHL, Allie is going with the Flames team total Over 2.5 goals vs. the Panthers at 7 p.m. ET. Calgary is much better on the road, where it has scored three-plus goals in 14 of 19 games. Florida is missing key players due to COVID-19. 

In college basketball, Justin is on Minnesota +7 over Illinois at 7 p.m. ET. The Golden Gophers are playing very well and a slow start for the Fighting Illini will certainly lead to their doom. 

Larry urges us to jump on the Chargers now at -2.5 over Raiders on Sunday at 8:20 pm. ET. Los Angeles is performing better than some of its recent results indicate, and Las Vegas' three-game winning streak may be a mirage.
