The Coach and Larry tell us how you can get a one-on-one session with your favorite handicapper to benefit a great cause. Zack is looking ahead to the NBA season and starts reviewing the win totals that were released, with a focus on the Atlanta Hawks.Â
The Coach issues the SportsLine Plays of the Day from the site experts and models. He highlights RB Salzburg over Brondby to win and score Over two goals at -150 in UEFA Champions League action at 3 p.m. ET. He also backs Salzburg at -1.5; in MLB, he backs the Dodgers -140 over the Padres at 10:10 p.m. ET.Â
Allie is taking the Astros -0.5 in the first five innings over the Royals at 2:10 p.m. ET, with a detailed statistical breakdown of the matchup. Justin joins in on the Houston momentum, taking the Astros on the run line at -1.5. Kansas City certainly does not have a good outlook in terms of hitting, either. He is also taking the Over in Tigers-Cardinals at 1:15 ET. Jon Lester has not performed well at home since he joined St. Louis.Â
Larry is also honing in on the Detroit-St. Louis game for his featured prop play, taking Tarik Skubal Under 5.5 strikeouts. "He's been lights out the last three starts with only two earned runs but he faced the Cardinals on June 22 and on 90 pitches had four strikeouts," he says. "The Cardinals have the lowest strikeout rate in baseball over the last three games."
In college football, Zack is recommending Arizona State Over 8.5 wins. The Sun Devils will take advantage of a non-conference schedule early on before moving into their Pac-12 matchups, which should be favorable.Â
