The Tennessee Titans will visit the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football. The Bills (1-0) showed they are again a contender in the rugged AFC when they blasted the defending Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams 31-10 in Week 1. The Titans (0-1), meanwhile, wasted a 13-point halftime lead before bowing to the New York Giants 21-20. Kickoff from Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., is set for 7:15 p.m. ET. The Bills are favored by 10 points at home in the latest Titans vs. Bills odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under is 47.5.

Before you make any Titans vs. Bills picks or any other NFL predictions, you NEED to see which side SportsLine expert Larry Hartstein is on.

A former lead writer for Covers and The Linemakers, Hartstein combines a vast network of Vegas sources with an analytical approach he honed while working for Pro Football Focus. Entering the 2022 NFL season, he is 427-344 all-time on NFL sides (plus $3,764 for $100 players), including 394-330 against the spread. Hartstein went 68-50 ATS (58 percent) and 8-3 on money-line plays last season for a profit of $1,552. Anybody who has been following him is WAY UP.

In addition, Hartstein has gone 23-12-1 on his last 36 picks involving the Titans, returning $1,007. Anyone who has followed him is way up.

The expert knows Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen completed 26 of 31 attempts (83.9 percent) for 297 yards and three touchdowns against the Rams last week. He also rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown, his seventh-career game with three-plus TD passes and a rushing touchdown, which is third-most all-time.

The expert also knows Tennessee will look to rebound behind quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who completed 20 of 33 passes (60.6 percent) for 266 yards and two touchdowns last week. Tannehill will be looking for his fifth game in row with zero interceptions and a 105-plus rating and fourth in a row with two or more TD passes.

We can tell you he's leaning Over the total, but he knows a crucial X-factor makes one side of the spread a MUST-BACK! You ABSOLUTELY need to see what it is before locking in any picks of your own.
