Tampa Bay Downs morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the late Pick 5 for Saturday, March 11

Saturday is Tampa Bay Derby day at Tampa Bay Downs, and the late Pick 5 begins with the Columbia Stakes at 3:02 p.m. ET and ends with the Tampa Bay Derby. Before you make any picks, you NEED to know how racing insider and accomplished horseplayer Bob Weir has handicapped the four-race sequence.

A member of the Beyer Speed Figure-making team who is based in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Weir is a two-time qualifier for the prestigious National Horseplayers Championship in Las Vegas. And Weir has crushed the Tampa Bay Derby the last two years. In 2021, he hit the exacta for $1,414, and last year he nailed the race for $660.
