Saratoga morning line odds: Racing insider gives picks for the late Pick 4 for Sunday, Aug. 28

World class horse racing takes place at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and on Sunday the late Pick 4 begins with Race 7 at 4:29 p.m. ET and ends with Race 10.
