The European Tour rolls on this week with a stop in Germany for the Porsche European Open. SportsLine's golf prediction model, built by predictive data engineer and DFS pro Mike McClure, simulated this event 10,000 times to come up with a surprising leaderboard.

This proprietary golf projection model, built by predictive data engineer and DFS pro Mike McClure, has called four of the last seven majors heading into the weekend, including Patrick Reed's career-defining victory at the 2018 Masters.

McClure was also high on Tiger Woods before his stunning run at the 2018 British Open, saying it was the major he had the best chance to contend in this year. Woods hadn't finished top 10 in a major since 2013, but he held the outright lead at the British Open at one point and finished with an impressive sixth-place finish.

One pick we'll give away for the 2018 Porsche European Open: Charl Schwartzel, one of the favorites at 22-1, finishes outside the top five. Another shocker: Mikko Ilonen, a 40-1 long shot, makes a serious run at the title. He's a value pick you should be all over.

The model has also identified three other long shots with odds of 30-1 or longer who are set to contend. Anybody who bets on these long shot could strike it rich... Join SportsLine now to see the full projected leaderboard for the Porsche European Open, and see which long shots make a run for the title, all from the model that's called four of the last seven majors heading into the weekend
