Saturday, Feb. 24
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Michigan 64, Maryland 63
Vegas line: The game is a pick'em (O/U 131.5)
Projected stats: In a Big Ten thriller, the Wolverines squeak past the Terps, thanks to Moritz Wagner's 13.9 points and six rebounds. He gets help from teammate Duncan Robinson, to the tune of 10.8 points. Kevin Huerter is Maryland's leading scorer with 12 points and 4.8 boards. Anthony Cowan swishes 11.7 points and 3.8 assists in the losing cause.
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Tennessee 76, Ole Miss 70
Vegas line: Tennessee is favored by 4 (O/U 145)
Projected stats: Grant Williams (15 points, six rebounds) and Lamonte Turner (11 points) lead the Vols to an important road victory and cover. Deandre Burnett's 13.7 points and 3.3 boards, and Terence Davis' 11 points and five rebounds aren't enough for the Rebels.
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Virginia Tech 79, Louisville 75
Vegas line: Virginia Tech is favored by 4 (O/U 152)
Projected stats: The Hokies ride Justin Bibbs' 12.2 points and Justin Robinson's 11.5 points and 4.8 assists to a high-scoring win over the Cardinals. Louisville's Deng Adel is the game's high scorer with 14.9 points. He also chips in 5.2 rebounds, while teammate Quentin Snider adds 14.3 points and 4.8 rebounds.
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Utah 72, USC 68
Vegas line: Utah is favored by 2.5 (O/U 143.5)
Projected stats: Four Trojans hit double digits in a losing effort. Elijah Stewart nets 13.7 points and 3.9 boards as Jonah Mathews scores 11.6 for USC. The Utes needed all of Justin Bibbins' 13.7 points and 4.8 assists to survive. Utah also got a clutch game from David Collette, who scored 13 points and hauled in 4.7 rebounds.
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Kansas 73, Texas Tech 71
Vegas line: Texas Tech is favored by 1.5 (O/U 142)
Projected stats: In a showdown of two Top 10 teams, the Jayhawks steal the decision in Lubbock. Malik Newman leads the Kansas charge with 13.7 points and 4.6 rebounds, while teammate Devonte Graham chips in 13.3 points and 4.5 assists. Keenan Evans is the Red Raiders' leading scorer with 16.6 points and 3.5 boards. Zhaire Smith adds 15.2 points and 6.6 rebounds for Texas Tech.
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Duke 76, Syracuse 62
Vegas line: Duke is favored by 13 (O/U 144)
Projected stats: In an easy ACC win -- and tight cover -- Duke's Grayson Allen hits 2.4 three-pointers as part of his 16.2-point performance. Fellow Blue Devil Wendell Carter Jr. scores 15.9 points and comes down with 9.5 boards. Syracuse's Tyus Battle's 14.3 points weren't enough firepower for the Orange. Oshae Brissett contributed 14 points and 8.2 points in a losing effort.
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Kentucky 73, Missouri 71
Vegas line: Kentucky is favored by 6 (O/U 141.5)
Projected stats: Despite knocking down four more three-pointers than Kentucky, Missouri falls by a bucket in Lexington. Kassius Robertson nets 14.9 points for the Tigers who fall just short. Jordan Barnett's 12.8 points and 5.6 boards are not enough for Mizzou. Kevin Knox saves the day for the Wildcats, banking a game-high 15.4 points, as well as 4.9 rebounds. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander helps Kentucky survive, thanks to his 12.6 points.
SportsLine Projection Model's score: Florida 78, Auburn 76
Vegas line: Florida is favored by 2 (O/U 153)
Projected stats: What a game by Egor Koulechov! The gritty Gators guard's stat line reads: 21.7 points, 9.7 rebounds and 3.4 three-pointers. Florida needed all of his points to eke out the home victory. Gator Jalen Hudson also came up huge, netting 17 points and 4.9 assists. Auburn got big games from DeSean Murray -- 16.9 points and 10 boards -- and Jared Harper -- 16.5 points and six assists, but not big enough.
