Arizona's DeAndre Ayton is the overwhelming favorite to be picked No. 1 overall.Â
The Phoenix Suns possess the first pick in the draft and mock drafts and reports have strongly linked the 7-foot-1 center, who averaged 20.1 points and 11.6 rebounds per game as a freshman in 2017-18, to the top overall selection.Â
