No. 25 Texas Tech (8-1) and No. 5 Gonzaga (8-2) face off in the Jerry Colangelo Classic on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. ET on CBS. Gonzaga's last game against Washington was canceled due to COVID protocols in the Huskies program. On Dec. 9, the Bulldogs beat Merrimack 80-55. Texas Tech is currently on a two-game win streak, defeating Arkansas State 75-62 in its last game. Gonzaga is favored 9.5 points at Caesers Sportsbook, while the Over-Under is set at 147.

Before making any Texas Tech vs. Gonzaga picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. Over the past five-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated an impressive profit of over $2,400 for $100 players on its top-rated college basketball picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows Gonzaga junior forward Drew Timme is averaging a team-high 18.4 points with 6.2 rebounds while shooting 63 percent from the floor. Timme has scored over 20 points in back-to-back games. In the win against Merrimack, Timme finished with 22 points, seven rebounds while shooting a perfect 8 of 8 from the field.

The model also knows Texas Tech redshirt junior guard Kevin McCullar is averaging 14.3 points, 6.3 boards, and 3.1 assists per contest. The Texas native has scored at least 10 points in five games thus far. In their win against Arkansas State, McCullar finished with 21 points, five rebounds, and four assists. He also shot 3 of 6 from downtown.

Now, it has set its sights on Texas Tech vs. Gonzaga. We can tell you the model is leaning over the total and it also says one side of the spread hits in over 50 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
