NFL Week 8 opening line projections: Early power rating adjustments to help attack spreads for every game

An abbreviated early slate on Sunday of Week 8 saw four underdogs win outright, including the Patriots upsetting the Bills while catching more than a touchdown. The Bills simply don't look right on both sides of the ball, with the offense struggling to get going early as Josh Allen threw an awful interception on his first pass attempt and the defense surrendered 272 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions on 25-of-30 passing from Mac Jones, who has failed to find any consistency this season. 

I've dropped the Bills down significantly in my power ratings until they show improvement on both sides of the ball. I'd take at least five teams over them on a neutral field right now, and I think there's an argument to add a few others. One team I definitely have over Buffalo is the Baltimore Ravens, who absolutely dismantled what has looked like a great Lions team to this point from the opening whistle.
