NFL Week 2 betting preview: Which teams to play now, and lines like Browns-Steelers to watch for value later

Ron Rivera conspired against the basic tenants of professional football to mar what could have been at least an otherwise middling day, but he didn't do enough to take me off an early-season trend I'm tracking (and very likely playing again) this week. This is the time for extreme overreactions, and some of it is already impacting the betting markets.

Some spreads have already shifted significantly since late last week. Each week I'll highlight a few of these to monitor, if not outright jump on early in the week. Especially early in the season, with such a limited sample size to draw on from an analytics standpoint, identifying money-making oscillation can very much work in our favor.
