NFL Week 15 power ratings for against the spread picks: What each Week 15 line should be, and where there's value

The Los Angeles Rams, like many good teams this year, looked broken as of a few weeks ago. They lost three straight games with a bye week in the middle of that stretch, and whispers grew that Matthew Stafford might not be healthy. The Rams trounced the Jacksonville Jaguars to end their skid, but big deal, right? Everyone does that. However, on Monday night the Rams proved to the world that they've corrected whatever issues they had during the slump, earning a decisive win in Arizona despite losing Jalen Ramsey and Tyler Higbee to the COVID list the day of the game.

Heading into the night, I had a group of three teams at five points better than average following the other outcomes in Week 14. The Arizona Cardinals were a half-point below that group, while the Rams were two points below based on how they'd played prior to the Jacksonville game. While I tend to be conservative with how much I move teams in a single week, the Rams' impressive win Monday was enough to lump them in the group of teams five points better than average, which is also where I dropped the Cardinals. That puts five teams in that second tier below my top two, with one other team hanging around just behind.
