NFL Week 14 power ratings for against the spread picks: What each Week 14 line should be, and where there's value

A week ago I wondered how many good teams there actually were in the NFL, questioning the cases for the Cowboys, Rams, Bills and Ravens as teams that are probably in everyone's top 10 but may not actually be good. The Cowboys picked up a win over the Saints while benefitting from Taysom Hill's in-game injury, but I was the least worried about them of the four. The Rams destroyed the Jaguars, which doesn't say a whole lot. And the Bills and Ravens lost low-scoring games, albeit under different circumstances, and neither is probably as good as we thought a week ago.

You know which team looks pretty good? The Indianapolis Colts. I know they beat the worst team in the league this past week, but it was a divisional game on the road, something that isn't always easy to handle for even the best teams. Indy lost a close game to the Bucs the week before but throttled the Bills before that, and I've thought for much of the year that they were better than their record indicated. They'll have a chance to prove themselves once again after the Week 14 bye, as they face two teams I know are good, the Patriots and Cardinals, before closing with the Raiders and Jaguars. They'll be a dangerous matchup in the playoffs, if they can make it.
