NFL Week 11 power ratings for against the spread picks: What each Week 11 line should be, and where there's value

Get the edge over the sportsbooks in Week 11 and beyond by developing a power rating system to stay ahead of the lines

One week after avoiding Chaos Week in the NFL by simply not playing, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffered a delayed reaction to the wildness, falling as massive favorites against a Washington team also coming off a bye. After downgrading teams like the Bills and Chiefs as they struggled, it's only fair that we do the same with Tampa Bay, right?

Yes, I've moved the Bucs' power rating down a half-point this week, but that still leaves them well clear of the next-best teams for the No. 1 spot. If you disagree, you basically have to make the case for another team being even a pick 'em on a neutral field against Tom Brady's squad right now.

The Bills? I'm not convinced everything is fixed offensively after throttling an awful Jets defense. The Rams? Have you watched them play the last two weeks? The Chiefs certainly can't claim top honors after just one game of looking like themselves. The Ravens looked even worse than the Buccaneers last week. The Cardinals may have a Kyler Murray problem, especially if he's forced to play at less than 100% when he finally does retake the field. The Titans may be winning games, but the offense has sputtered since Derrick Henry went down.

The two teams that may have the best case at challenging the Buccaneers are the Cowboys and Packers. Dallas may have lost to Tampa Bay once already this year but played the defending champs to a near stalemate. Green Bay hasn't seemed to hit its stride despite compiling an 8-2 record, but that matters little if it all comes together heading into January. I've moved one of these teams up to the No. 2 spot in my power ratings behind the Bucs, and you can find out which below.

Read on to see my rating for all 32 teams, plus where I think the lines present the most value early in the week.
