A number of survivor pool players have seen their hopes disappear, but for those few still alive, Week 8 of the NFL schedule leaves them with several solid options. Week 7 didn't feature as much carnage as previous weeks, as most of the favorites earned wins, including the Kansas City Chiefs with a 31-0 win over Las Vegas, and the New England Patriots with a 31-13 win over Tennessee. A slight hinderance to players is the fact that six teams will be on their bye in Week 8.

A popular choice this week is the Atlanta Falcons (3-3). They are playing one of the league's worst teams in the Miami Dolphins (1-6), who are coming off a 31-6 thrashing by the lowly Cleveland Browns. Atlanta, meanwhile, dropped a 20-10 decision at San Francisco on Sunday night. The Falcons have won two of their last three. 

Atlanta enters as a 7.5-point favorite in what is one of the largest Week 8 NFL lines, and one of seven NFL spreads of at least six points. Another is Kansas City as 11.5-point favorites over a Washington squad that will be without Jayden Daniels (hamstring) but will welcome back both Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel.
