NFL odds, lines, spreads: 2025 Week 12 picks, predictions from proven model

The slate concludes with 49ers vs. Panthers on Monday night, as Christian McCaffrey faces his former team for the first time. San Francisco is at -7.5 to utilize in Week 12 NFL predictions, as the Panthers have defeated the Niners in six of their last eight regular season matchups.
