The slate concludes with Cowboys vs. Raiders on Monday night, with Vegas coming off a mini bye and Dallas coming off a full bye. This will be the Cowboys' first-ever regular season game in Las Vegas, and they are favored by 3.5 points, with an over/under of 50.5.
