The 2021 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs get underway on Sunday with the 2021 Cook Out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. Kyle Larson, this year's regular-season champion, is the 11-4 favorite in the latest 2021 Cook Out Southern 500 odds from Caesars Sportsbook. The green flag drops at 6 p.m. ET.

Suspended for the remainder of the season after participating in only four races in 2020, Larson returned with a vengeance this year. The 29-year-old led the Cup Series with five victories, 14 top-fives and 18 top-10s in his first season with Hendrick Motorsports. Larson enters the playoffs with a 28-point lead over Martin Truex Jr. (9-2 odds) and Ryan Blaney (22-1), who won the final two races of the regular season.
