NASCAR at Charlotte odds, predictions: Betting pioneer releases his Bank of America Roval 400 picks

The 2021 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs Round of 12 has come down to its final event, this week's elimination race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Road Course.
