MLB parlay picks for Tuesday, June 17: SportsLine expert offers his picks, predictions for Tuesday's games
Eric Cohen offers a four-leg MLB Same Game Parlay Plus for Tuesday, June 17th
If you've ever watched me on the Early Edge family of shows, whether Early Edge in 5 (back in 2023-24), the NFL Props Show, or currently Early Wedge (the Tuesday night Best Bets show), you know that I love my parlays. Sure, I know they're designed to be losing bets, but I'm of the mentality "bet less and win more." With the MLB schedule giving us 15 games on Tuesday night, here's a Same Game Parlay plus wager comprising four legs over two separate games.Â
Tuesday, June 17th MLB SGPx
- Toronto Blue Jays ML + Addison Barger 2+ H+R+RBI
- Washington Nationals ML + CJ Abrams 2+ H+R+RBI
- SGPx odds: +415 (odds subject to change)
Brandon Pfaadt has been horrendous of late for the Diamondbacks who make the more than four hour trip from Arizona to Toronto to begin a three game series. In seven road starts, he has a 6.94 ERA and Arizona has lost three of his last five road starts (including a stunning 9th inning comeback victory in Atlanta). Meanwhile, Chris Bassitt is 5-0 at home for the Blue Jays with a 2.48 ERA. Pfaadt is getting hammered by lefties to the tune of a .297 average and eight home runs, so the left-handed hitting Barger is the Toronto player I'm targeting. He should be hitting 3rd in between Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Alejandro Kirk and since June 6th, Barger is over this number in 4 of 7 starts.Â
