The Columbia Lions will look to continue their mastery over Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference foes when they take on the Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks in non-conference play on Thursday in New York. The Lions (5-7), who are 9-0 against teams currently in the MEAC, are 3-0 all-time against Maryland-Eastern Shore. The Hawks (5-9), who are 1-7 on the road this season, are coming off an 86-78 road win at Temple on Dec. 20. This will be the teams' first meeting since Jan. 6, 2016, when Columbia posted an 81-75 victory.
