The Marquette Golden Eagles look to win their third game in a row and ninth in their past 11 when they take on the St. John's Red Storm in a key Big East Conference showdown on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles (11-4, 3-1), who are wrapping up a two-game road trip, are coming off a 68-66 win at Villanova on Saturday. The Red Storm (11-4, 1-3), who are averaging 82.6 points in nine home games, have a plus-15.5 in point differential at Carnesecca Arena. The teams have split their last four meetings.

Tip-off from Queens, New York, is set for 6:30 p.m. ET. Marquette is favored by 2 points at Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under for total points is set at 158 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before making any Marquette vs. St. John's picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. The model enters Week 9 of the season 30-16 on all-top rated college basketball picks, returning more than $800 for $100 players. Anybody who has followed it has seen HUGE returns!

The model knows the Golden Eagles have four players averaging double-digit scoring, led by sophomore guard Kam Jones. In 15 games, all starts, Jones averages 16.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.3 steals in 30.9 minutes of action per game. He is connecting on 48.1% of his field goals, including 35.7% from 3-point range and 74.1% from the free-throw line. Jones has reached double figures in each of the last three games and in 13 of 15 overall. He scored a season-high 26 points in an 80-77 overtime loss to Wisconsin on Dec. 3.

The model also knows the Red Storm is led by senior center Joel Soriano. Soriano is coming off a 23-point, 11-rebound effort at Seton Hall on Saturday, his 12th double-double in 2022-2023. His top performance of the season may have been a 21-point, 19-rebound effort in a 78-70 win over Niagara on Nov. 26. For the year, Soriano averages 15.8 points, 12.2 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game.

Now, it has set its sights on Marquette vs. St. John's. It is leaning Under on the total and it has also generated an against-the-spread pick that cashes in over 70% of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
