The PGA Tour season is ramping up, with the 2025 Players Championship set to get underway on Thursday, March 13 at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach. 'Golf's fifth major' annually attracts an elite field, and this year's event will be no different. The Players Championship 2025 field features 144 golfers, a list which includes 48 of the top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking. Eight past Players Championship winners are in the field, including Scottie Scheffler (2023, 2024), Justin Thomas (2021), Rory McIlroy (2019), Si Woo Kim (2017), Jason Day (2016), Rickie Fowler (2015), Matt Kuchar (2012), and Adam Scott (2004).
