The Hartford Hawks and Sacred Heart Pioneers look to get back into the win column when they meet in a non-conference matchup on Wednesday morning. The Hawks (1-10) have lost three in a row, while the Pioneers (4-8) have lost five of seven. Tipoff from the William H. Pitt Center in Fairfield, Conn., is set for 11 a.m. ET. Sacred Heart is favored by four points at Caesars Sportsbook, while the over-under for total points is set at 142.5 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before making any Hartford vs. Sacred Heart picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. Over the past five-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated an impressive profit of almost $2,200 for $100 players on its top-rated college basketball picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows the Pioneers return 98.3 percent of their scoring and 96.1 percent of their minutes from a year ago, including junior guard Tyler Thomas. Thomas leads Sacred Heart, averaging 19.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.3 steals per game. He is connecting on 44.2 percent of his field goals, and is hitting on 84.6 percent of his free throws. Thomas has reached double-figure scoring in 11 of 12 games this season, including one double-double. He scored a season-high 30 points in a 72-62 loss at Rhode Island on Dec. 7.

The model also knows Hartford has shot the ball well to open the season, and is converting on 45.2 percent of its shot attempts from the field to rank third in America East. Senior guard Austin Williams leads the Hawks in scoring at 15 points per game on 53.3 percent shooting from the floor. He is also averaging 5.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists and one steal. Williams has reached double-figure scoring in nine straight games, including a season-high 22 points at St. Francis Brooklyn on Dec. 5. He also has two double-doubles.

Now, it has set its sights on Hartford vs. Sacred Heart. It is leaning Over on the total and it also says one side of the spread has all the value! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
