Gulfstream Park morning line odds: Racing writer has picks, bets for the late Pick 4 for New Year's Eve

World class horse racing takes place at Gulfstream Park outside Miami, and on Saturday the late Pick 4 begins with the Mr. Prospector Stakes and ends with Race 11. Before making any Pick 4 picks, you'll want to hear what SportsLine senior writer Gene Menez has to say.
