Many think of Vegas lines as just a predictor of how games will go, but they also can be the secret weapon in Fantasy.

Before you start using them to crush your Fantasy picks and week-to-week lineups, you'll want to hear what Fantasy analyst Jen Ryan has to say. A contributor at FootballDiehards.com and on SiriusXMFantay's "Football Diehards" show. Ryan, who has been an FSWA finalist for "Best Football Series," has revealed her guide to how Vegas lines can help in Fantasy here at SportsLine.

One tip we'll give away: Don't ignore the underdogs. "Players on teams that are favored makes a ton of sense, but we should not ignore underdogs or low point totals either," Ryan said. "Home underdogs historically present value. Look for a defense on your waiver wire or in the daily Fantasy pool with a projected low point total."
