Fantasy Football 2024 projections: Projecting the Jaguars offensive players from Trevor Lawrence to Travis Etienne and more

Before diving into Fantasy analysis for each team, I'll present a brief overview containing their offensive ranks in my baseline team projections as well as any notable coaching or offensive line changes.

Projected Offensive Plays – (T-13th)

Projected Passing TDs – 25.9 (15th)

Projected Rushing TDs – 19.5 (10th)

Notable coaching changes:

• Overhauled the entire defensive coaching staff. Ryan Nielsen takes over at defensive coordinator after working as the Atlanta Falcons DC in 2023.

The Jags struggled mightily against the run, and the additions of Nielsen and interior defensive lineman Arik Armstead should help to shore up that weakness. Nielsen was the defensive coordinator for the Falcons in 2023, and Atlanta ranked first in defensive rushing EPA per attempt.

Notable offensive line changes

• Replaced center Luke Fortner with Mitch Morse
• Drafted tackle Javon Foster in Round 4

Fortner ranked 30th of 31 qualified centers in PFF grade in 2023. The back half of Morse's career hasn't been as impressive as the front, but he's remained reliable. Morse hasn't posted a PFF graded below 60 in any of his nine seasons as a pro.

This offensive line could be decent! PFF graded the Jags at just 21st in pass blocking and 31st in run blocking in 2023, but there's reason for optimism looking forward. 2023 Round 1 selection Anton Harrison struggled at right tackle but was okay as a pass blocker and could improve across the board in Year 2. Midseason acquisition Ezra Cleveland was a solid and dependable guard for the Vikings, but struggled to adapt to his new surroundings in Jacksonville. Cleveland posted a 73.8 PFF grade through six games with the Vikes but just a 46.0 grade during his seven games with the Jaguars. He'll have more familiarity with the team and could bounce back in a meaningful way in 2024. Jacksonville's best lineman, left tackle Cam Robinson, only played in nine games. There are a lot of paths to improvement for this unit in 2024.
