The 2021 MLB season is scheduled to get underway on April 1, and your Fantasy baseball draft prep isn't complete without first seeing the 2021 Fantasy baseball sleepers and busts from SportsLine data analyst Jacob Gibbs. 

Gibbs is a data-driven Daily Fantasy Sports specialist who was graded as the seventh-most accurate Fantasy ranker in 2019 among 175-plus experts, per FantasyPros. Now Gbbs has revealed his 2021 Fantasy baseball sleepers and busts that you'll need to be aware of. 

One thing we can tell you: Gibbs is extremely high on Braves shortstop Dansby Swanson, who has been just the 15th shortstop off the board on average.

"Among qualified shortstops, Swanson ranks seventh in average exit velocity, fifth in hard-hit rate, and third in barrel rate since the start of the 2019 season," Gibbs told SportsLine. "Why is this guy being drafted outside of the top 100?"

Another surprise: Gibbs is fading Dodgers starting pitcher Trevor Bauer, citing his current overall ADP of 14 as too big a risk considering his peripherals in 2020 and his play in 2019. There are far safer options available at that stage of the draft.
