Fair Grounds morning line odds: Racing writer has picks, bets for the late Pick 4 for Feb. 18

World class horse racing takes place at Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans, and on Saturday the late Pick 4 begins with the Mineshaft Stakes at 4:37 p.m. ET and ends with the Risen Star Stakes. Before making any Pick 4 picks, you'll want to hear what SportsLine senior writer Gene Menez has to say.

Now, Menez has handicapped the late Pick 4 at Fair Grounds for Feb. 18, made his picks and formulated his bets.

"She's a perfect 3-for-3 and is coming off an easy victory in the Golden Rod Stakes in which she was never asked," Menez told SportsLine.
