The 2022-23 English Premier League season is in the books, and while Manchester City rallied to win their third straight title, the season was not without its surprises. 

City entered the 2022-23 season as -175 favorites and lived up to those expectations. But Liverpool (+220), Chelsea (+1400), Tottenham (+1600), Arsenal (+4500) and Newcastle (+10000) all managed the unexpected, for better or (much) worse. 

Meanwhile, only seven teams had shorter odds than Leicester City (+19000), but the Foxes were bounced from the top tier. So were Southampton, who finished last, and Leeds, featuring USMNT trio Weston McKennie, Brenden Aaronson and Tyler Adams.

Now, the 2023-24 English Premier League futures odds are available, with the season set to kick off Aug. 12.

Man City (surprise!) are the clear -200 favorites in the 2023-24 EPL futures at Caesars Sportsbook. Oddsmakers also expect Arsenal to stay in the mix, posting them as the +900 second choice. Liverpool didn't quite reach their potential but are the +1000 third choice after rallying to finish in fifth place, while third-place Manchester United are right behind at +1100 in the Premier League futures.

The downfall of Chelsea was one of the stories of the season, as the mighty Blues went through four coaches and stumbled to a 12th-place finish. The six-time league champs, who won the Champions League in 2021 and reached this year's quarterfinals, had their worst season in almost 30 years. Still, the Blues are +1500 in the EPL futures at Caesars, ahead of Newcastle (+1800), who finished fourth this season, and traditional contender Tottenham (+5000).
