College Football Week 3: Vegas wiseguys all over Ohio State

Week 3 of the college football season might have the lightest schedule of marquee games we'll see all year. After getting spoiled with LSU and Texas last week, we're left with Iowa State-Iowa, Clemson-Syracuse and Florida-Kentucky as the headline acts of the week.

That hasn't slowed down sharps from betting heavy this week as they like these types of under-the-radar weeks because they can find good value on the lines. We spoke to a few oddsmakers across the nation to find out how the sharp money has been moving the lines.

The most popular bet across the board has been the Ohio State-Indiana game, with the Buckeyes taking in a bunch of the action.

"Our most-bet college football game is Ohio State at Indiana," says Ron Shell, vice president at PointsBet Sportsbook. "All of the money is on Ohio State, moving the line from -14 to -15.5."

That same sentiment was echoed from a number of sportsbooks we spoke to. "Ohio State has the most tickets written on them of all the games this week as they have moved from a 14.5 point favorite to a 15.5 point favorite," said Jeff Stoneback, director of race and sports for MGM Resorts International. 

We've actually seen this line climb even higher since we checked in as Ohio State is now at -16.5 across the board. "It's not a surprise that Ohio St and Alabama are being used in just about every multi leg parlay written," said Johnny Avello, lead oddsmaker at DraftKings Sporsbook.
