With just two SEC and only three Big Ten conference matchups this week, you have a bevy on non-conference contests to lay Week 4 college football bets. There's Miami vs. Florida (+7.5, 50.5), Notre Dame vs. Purdue (+24.5, 51.5) and Oregon vs. Oregon State (+34.5, 55.5) to name a few.
