The Boise State Broncos look to remain perfect in the all-time series when they visit the UTEP Miners on Friday. Boise State has dominated UTEP since first meeting in 2000, going 6-0 while winning by an average of 30.3 points. The Broncos (2-1), who routed the Miners at home 54-13 last season, are coming off a 30-7 victory against UT Martin on Saturday while UTEP (1-3) suffered a 27-10 loss at New Mexico.

Kickoff at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Tex. is set for 9 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network. The Broncos are 16-point favorites in the latest Boise State vs. UTEP odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over/under for total points scored is 44.5. Before you make any UTEP vs. Boise State picks or college football predictions, you NEED to see the predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The model simulates every FBS college football game 10,000 times. Over the past six-plus years, the proprietary computer model has generated a stunning profit of more than $3,300 for $100 players on its top-rated college football picks against the spread. It enters Week 4 of the 2022 college football season on a 51-43 run on all top-rated college football spread and money-line picks that dates back to 2021. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows Boise State has had no trouble putting points on the board against UTEP, scoring at least 38 in each of the previous six meetings and exceeding 50 on three occasions. Quarterback Hank Bachmeier threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns in last season's romp while George Holani ran for a score. A redshirt junior running back, Holani was a force against UT Martin last weekend, racking up 226 all-purpose yards while recording both a rushing and receiving TD.

The model also knows UTEP needs to keep control of the football if it hopes to finally get in the win column against the Broncos. The Miners committed seven turnovers against New Mexico, throwing four interceptions -- three by Gavin Hardison -- and fumbling away the ball three times. Sophomore Tyrin Smith is among the top receivers in the nation, ranking fourth with 437 yards on 27 catches after recording 570 on 33 receptions during his freshman campaign.

Now, the model has set its sights on Boise State vs. UTEP. We can tell you it is leaning Over on the total, and it also says one side of the spread hits well over 50% of the time! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college football picks.
