Seattle Mariners at New York Yankees (-130, 9): 7:05 p.m. ET
The Yankees are in a tailspin entering Tuesday's matchup against Seattle. New York is 1-6 in its last seven games and has fallen out of first place in the AL East.Â
Will Warren gets the call on Tuesday to try and turn the Yankees' luck around. Warren looks to rebound from his worst outing of the season, where he gave up 10 hits and eight runs to the Blue Jays. He had been pitching well before that poor performance, allowing just five runs in his previous 23 innings. New York has been a good bet with Warren on the mound, winning eight of his last 11 starts.
The Mariners turn to Logan Gilbert. The 28-year-old has been strong this season, allowing three runs in eight of 10 starts. Seattle has won Gilbert's last three starts and seven of 10 overall.Â
Los Angeles Dodgers (-125, 8.5) at Milwaukee Brewers: 7:40 p.m. ET
The Dodgers didn't put up much of a fight in the first game of the series, falling to Milwaukee 9-1 on Monday. The Brewers have now won three straight over Los Angeles dating back to last season.Â
Clayton Kershaw will be on the hill for the Dodgers. The veteran gave up four runs to the White Sox his last time out, but Los Angeles prevailed, 5-4. The Dodgers have won Kershaw's last six starts and eight of 10 overall.Â
Milwaukee gives the ball to youngster Jacob Misiorowski. The 23-year-old is coming off the worst outing of his short career, allowing five runs over 3.2 innings to the Mets in a 7-3 Brewers loss. That was a sharp contrast to Misiorowski's first three starts, where he gave up just two runs in 16 innings of work.Â
