World class horse racing takes place at Belmont Park in Elmont, N.Y., and on Saturday the late Pick 4 begins with Race 7 at 4:01 p.m. ET and ends with Race 10. Now he has handicapped the late Pick 4 at Belmont Park for Saturday, made his picks and constructed his tickets.
