The Air Force Falcons and South Dakota Coyotes tip off their regular season when they meet in a nonconference matchup on Thursday afternoon. Tipoff is set for 2:30 p.m. ET from Sanford Pentagon at Heritage Court in Sioux Falls, S.D. South Dakota is favored by 7.5 points at Caesars Sportsbook, while the Over-Under is set at 130.5 (see up-to-date odds for every game this week on our college basketball odds page).

Before making any Air Force vs. South Dakota picks, you NEED to check out the college basketball predictions from the SportsLine Projection Model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. Over the past five years, the proprietary computer model has generated an impressive profit of $2,200 for $100 players on its top-rated college basketball picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

The model knows the Coyotes return 10 letterwinners, including three starters from a season ago. Among those returning starters include senior guard Xavier Fuller. Fuller was third on the team in scoring in 2020-21, averaging 8.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game on 50 percent shooting from the floor, including 36.4 from 3-point range. Fuller was among the team's best free throw shooters, connecting on 89.1 percent from the foul line.

The model also knows the Falcons are opening their season on the road for the second year in a row. They defeated Cal State Northridge 66-51 in last year's opener at Las Vegas. Air Force returns just two starters and four other players who saw action in 2020-21. All-Mountain West third-team senior guard A.J. Walker is the team's top returner. Walker led the Falcons in scoring at 15.3 points per game as well as averaged three rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.6 steals. His top scoring performance was a 33-point effort in a 69-63 loss to Fresno State on Feb. 11.

Now, it has set its sights on Air Force vs. South Dakota. and it also says one side of the spread hits in nearly 70 percent of simulations! You ABSOLUTELY need to see it before locking in any college basketball picks.
